Shipping & Delivery

All materials shipped from Dibbits Landscape Supply will be C.O.D unless the purchaser has prior credit approval. Payments can be made via, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Cheque, Cash, or E-transfers.

All products go through an extensive check before leaving our yard. Any discrepancies or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving.

Dibbits is not responsible for delays in deliveries due to things outside of our control (i.e., manufacturer production times, traffic, road/weather conditions).

Deliveries occur Monday-Friday between the hours of 7 am-5 pm. Times are not guaranteed.

Drop locations of the material must be requested and marked out by the purchaser.

Any delivery that requires placement of material off the curb or driveway is at the risk of the purchaser. Dibbits does not hold any responsibility for damaged lawn.

Placement of material is at the discretion of the driver. At any time if the driver feels unsafe or that they are unable to deliver to the marked area, they will leave it where they can as close to the marked area as possible.

Dibbits Landscape Supply does not install or place any material. Any excessive delays incurred on a delivery will be billed to the purchaser at a rate of $150/hour.

Return Policy

Returns must be made within 90 days of the invoice date.

All materials must be returned in their original packaging and good condition. All materials must be returned in the same format of purchase. E.g., If a product is sold by the layer or full cubes, it must be returned in complete layers or cubes.

If material is stacked before being returned, mesh layers must be between stacked pieces for a return to be accepted.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

There are no returns on any material that has been installed, cut, glued, damaged in any way (scratches/chips, etc.), discolored, or is not clean (i.e., dirt or gravel on top).

No returns on non-stocked, special order, or clearance items.

No returns on soil or aggregates once they have left the Dibbits yard.

No returns on imported stone including natural and porcelain steps, pavers, and coping.

Refunds will be processed and returned in the same method as the original payment.

All returns must be counted and approved by a yard team member, with a return slip completed in the yard. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to bring the return slip into the main office for a refund.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to bring any product for return back to the Dibbits yard. If you require us to pick up the material, there is a pickup fee deducted from the credit.

For all return pickups, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure all products are neatly stacked, cleaned up, and ready for pickup. It is at the discretion of the driver to take the material back. If it is found that any clean-up has to be done by our driver to make the material transportable, the material will be left on-site and a second pick-up fee will be charged.

Sales Policy

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Dibbits is not responsible for any errors in material calculations. All final quantities of material are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Colours and textures of the material are never guaranteed; variations are to be expected. Dibbits is not responsible for the variations of the product, and any variations are not subject to a refund or replacement of material. (It is recommended to mix between 2 or more skids when installing to mitigate possible variations).

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect all materials before installation. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring colours, product type, and quantity are correct once delivered. Any discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

If the purchaser is picking the material up from a Dibbits location, any discrepancies must be reported before leaving the premises. Any product that leaves the premises is deemed to be proper material.

Any material that is installed by the purchaser or on behalf of the purchaser is to be seen as accepted as proper material in good condition. There are no returns on installed material.

Damaged or defective material must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, or immediately before leaving our premises on pickup. Products will receive a credit or be replaced at the discretion of Dibbits as circumstances permit. The material must be inspected or returned by a Dibbits employee before any credit or replacement is given.

Materials that have been damaged, discolored, stained from natural or unnatural causes, scratched or cracked once installed, or have efflorescence appear are not subject to a return. Issues that arise from improper installation and not following ICPI guidelines are not considered defects and are not covered under warranty.

Dibbits is not required to offer any refunds or replacements on material obtaining efflorescence. Efflorescence is a natural process of a white crystalline deposit that may appear on the surface of any concrete product. Efflorescence will typically wear off on its own over time, and it does not affect the structural integrity of the product.

If the purchaser finds the material has too much efflorescence, this must be reported to the Dibbits team with photos before anything is installed.

Natural stone is sold as is. Replacement material and returns are not permitted on discrepancies in sizes, colours, or chipping/shaling of the stone.

Unwrapping/unstrapping and installation of material is at the risk of the purchaser.

Dibbits is not liable for any injuries on the job site. Concrete material can have sharp/rough edges and can be quite heavy; it is up to the purchaser/installer to ensure the proper PPE is worn while installing the material. (We recommend that when unstrapping material to stand to the side while cutting the bands as they can spring up, and not to place fingers between horizontally stacked pavers).

Payment Policy

Terms of payment are Cash on Demand unless otherwise arranged. All Credit Accounts must be approved by our finance department with an account application received. (Contact us today for an application form). Credit Accounts terms are 30-days, meaning payment is due on or before 30 days from date of invoice.

Interest is charged at 1.5% per month and is calculated monthly based on Opening Overdue Balances.

Until the full invoice is paid, the material remains the property of Dibbits Landscape Supply. If the Purchaser does not pay their invoice on time, Dibbits may at any time, without notice, enter upon the premises where the goods are located and remove them to take back possession.

Any discrepancies on an account that the purchaser feels should not be paid must be reported within the first week of the month to avoid any late fees on payment.
